I usually don’t leave reviews and if I could leave no stars I would. This company is the most unprofessional I have worked with not to mention it’s a big scam. They mislead sellers into thinking they will get a certain amount and then once it arrives they drive the price down. I was in contact with “the appraiser” I’m assuming that’s who owns the store, he/she got caught in the lie about the initial offer that was sent so he/she decided to not respond and send the items back…….. I have sold many items in the past to the big stores while cleaning my closet and was so for trying a local small business for once BUT I can say I’m happy to take my business else where. These people don’t deserve any business.

I have consigned with this company many times. I trust them. Alot of times what u think ur bag is worth is not worth that much on the market even new with tags. U need to do ur research. On the whole my interactions with Michael have been pleasant even fun.

They are rip off. Never pay you for even the lowest amount offered so expect to get more $ slashed upon the receipt of your item and they also charge you $20 if you want to decline their offer. Stay away please as I also sold to other companies and had no issue with them slashing the price upon receipt of the item. This is the only company which did that.

Should have read the reviews! Such a scam!! Offers an amount and once you send the item for review the offer is then decreased. If you want your items returned Michael says it’s $20 to have the items returned. Such a pain

This place is a scam and headache to deal with. Michael offers a price but once you send the items for review he cuts the offer by 50%. Then says you have to pay $20+ to return your items. Don't do business with this shady 'company'

SCAM! It is not a reputable company but a one man shop. Michael will offer you a reasonable price but when you mail him your purse he will reduce the offer by 50%. When you decline the offer he will hold your item hostage and try to extort money to send it back to you...Sounds illegal. BEWARE.
