Great experience with Brothers Screen Grafx! I had a table cloth made with my logo for my business, and they finished the logo in less than a day! Wonderful customer service, and great energy from everyone who works there. Pricing is good and their work is top tier! Highly recommend. Thanks so much!!

Hello Google Family. I had previously reviewed this business. I now have an update. I was called by Walt, the gentleman who does the embroidery on Friday, April the 22nd to pick up my items and pay the remaining balance. I was so excited when I arrived, because two wonderful things had happened to me that day. Someone at Giant in Broomall, bought me a smoothie and I received a free car wash from Gallen Express in Broomall. I was definitely pumped up!! When I arrived at Brothers to pick up my items, I was given my items to review. Everything was done expertly and perfectly. I was very happy!!! When I quoted my balance, which was $58.00, I was told it was $108.00. I was not happy!!! I was shown the invoice and someone had made a mistake. I was not thrilled because I did not find out the new total until I arrived on Friday, the 22nd, to pick up my items. I had asked what the balance was and it was not told to me, even though I had asked the person who answered the phone. I realize everyone makes mistakes, including myself, I was not thrilled about the new total, which was $50.00 more. And I was not told this, until I went to pick up my items. I did not have enough to pick up my items, since I thought it was $58.00 and not $108.00. And that is why I am giving this updated review a 2 stars. Not at all happy with Brothers at this point!!!!

I drew a logo and asked them to remake it and they did a great job! I was always able to get in contact with someone and get an answer. I requested it be done by a certain date and they made sure it was done before then. Thank you guys so much!

I Needed lettering done for a shirt within a reasonable amount of time. I explained the situation and the sense of urgency. Brothers started they understood and was going to call me when the task was completed. I was approaching my deadline and didn't hear from the company. I decided to call just to find out that they couldn't do the job. I would have respected that if it was mentioned immediately or at least within a day. They wasted my time and I missed my deadline. Not please with the lack of consideration concerning customers.

Extremely disappointed in my last 2 orders from Brothers. I think the owner is smoking entirely too much of the wacky weed no other explaination for how badly my order is screwed up. I've ordered for years and years the last order not only was a literal comedy of errors resulting in wrong sizes for the 2nd time to make it worse the owner is "hiding from me" and not returning calls or emails thus the honest review. Stay away from Brothers Screen Print.
