Stores say it’s closed at 10 but they apparently close at 9. Pls update your time on the apps because it’s very much an inconvenience driving there before store closing hours and someone in the parking lot telling you it’s closed at 9:15 when the time for closing says 10:00pm

It had started to drizzle and when I turned on my windshield wipers and discovered one was broken, I called the Lexus dealer. I was told I couldn’t be seen for another week. I called Pep Boys and Advance Auto Parts. Pep Boys had no stock. Advance Auto Parts had me on hold for ten minutes. I went to Auto Zone and Cameron found a replacement, rang up the sale and installed the wiper in under ten minutes. He was efficient and courteous.

This place never has what they say they have online. Inventory is not updated, although they are ready to send you to another location to pick up an item that states they had it at the location you're at, it's not a convenience to shop there at all.

Ordered a part that was supposed to arrive the same day Later that day went to get the part didn't arrive the employee acted as if I did something wrong and I was told come back to tomorrow I arrived later the next day only to be told the same thing by a manager who didn't know if the part arrived or not requested a refund and left

employees need to be taught some manners. Start talking bad about customers thinking they won’t understand/hear them. when you confront them they act like they don’t know what your talking about. Worst employees from any auto zone I’ve been too.

The customer service was awesome. The store manager Mr. Rodney Hall was very helpful with my car issue. He went above and beyond to make sure my car issues were addressed. I truly appreciate being a customer at his store location.

I called the Auto Zone on 56th & Vine they had me on hold for twenty mins, called back n he was irritated. Called Upper Darby they had my battery, he put it in. Me and the sales man was laughing n joking. A friendly environment. Nice service.
