Pulled up to Marty’s on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to get me in and out within a half hour. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re in the city and want somewhere quick, reliable, and responsible!!”

“The absolute best I've found around Philly. Sunny was able to fit me in, and diagnosed my suspension issue and fixed it within 4 hours including alignment. I feel so much better driving in my car now, and it was significantly cheaper than the last time I had my suspension "fixed" at meineke. My favorite part about talking to sunny is you can describe an issue and he can correctly imitate the sound of the issue and tell you exactly what is going on. He's very thorough and kind and I will continue to recommend him and give my business.”

“Words cannot adequately express how much of a lifesaver, and cost saver, this shop was for me. My right tail light had completely stopped working, and despite replacing the bulbs and fuse, nothing resolved the issue. This problem was delaying my vehicle inspection, so I even purchased a replacement tail light from Amazon, only to find that it still didn’t work.
I then visited multiple auto shops, including Meineke, Midas, and Pep Boys. Two were unable to assess the issue due to time constraints, and I unfortunately received incorrect information from Midas. I was told I needed a new wiring harness and was advised to contact the Nissan dealership. That led to an extremely stressful experience, as Nissan quoted a starting cost of $900–$1,000 or more, and stated the harness for my vehicle was discontinued. Thankfully, that information turned out to be completely inaccurate.
Trusting my instincts, I searched for a shop that specialized in automotive electrical issues and found Rapco Automotive Center in Upper Darby, only 10 minutes from my boyfriend's house. I scheduled an appointment with Steve for 12/11/25, and it was truly a blessing. I only wish I had come here first, but I most certainly will from now on.
Despite arriving right at closing time due to a delay at work, Steve went above and beyond by accommodating me. He even stepped out of his own vehicle to assist me, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. The stress I had endured from other shops was completely unnecessary, and Steve immediately put me at ease.
The level of professional service provided by Steve and his team was absolutely phenomenal, do you hear me! I was provided a clear and honest quote and they completed the repair the very next day. The quality of service and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. I am extremely grateful and highly recommend Rapco to anyone in need of expert, trustworthy automotive electrical work.

“Bob and his team are awesome and you always get a fair price with great service. I have a large suburban and yesterday I hit a curb with my back tire. Of course it went completely flat. I took it to Rossi’s yesterday afternoon and explained what happened. I’m fortunate that it did go flat because all of my tires were wearing very badly on one side. I ended up replacing all four tires and going back for an alignment in a couple weeks (going on vacation tomorrow). They care about their customers. Been using them for years. Would highly recommend.”

“These guys are great, fast and offered a more than fair price. I came in because the flange had rusted through that conncets my muffler to the next exhaust pipe forward. I couldnt pass my emmissions inspection with a hole in my exhaust and I was dreading that any place I took it too would have tried to tell me I had to spend mutliple hundred to over $1K to have a whole section of pipe replaced. They were recommended by a friend as reliable, honest and fair. They saved me with a simple fix that got my emissions passed and thus my whole inspection too. Unfortunately they are in a slightly difficult location to access, right at the beginning of a steep uphill one-way street (theres street parking, but if you need to park farther up the block until they can get you in, you have to go around the block and come back to get in there garage area. I think this would make it difficult if you needed to have your car towed to the location for any reason. This obviously has no affect on the quality of their work, its just not the best location-wise. They still get 5 stars from me. I will return here again for work.”
“Not sure if new people own this place or not I’ve always gotten my car wash and oil changed I recently got a car wash and noticed that after the wash the windows weren’t as clean as they normally are not sure if they need to just change the towels, more often or what but was not satisfied”
