Went online and found a product that they did not have and they had it there at a lower price from there sister company the same day and I went back to them in the same day for something else and they were very helpful

I really like Advanced Auto Parts, BUT I prefer shopping on their website versus in-store. I paid $226 in-store for a defective part that I could've gotten brand new on their website for $150 w/ their 15% off monthly coupon. Even with the core charge, the defective part was more expensive than a brand new car part. I ended up bringing my part back to the store for a full refund, which I used to get the brand new car part on their website. The person helping me was very nice and attentive. The facility here is well maintained and clean as well. PLEASE NOTE FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNAWARE, any car parts that have a core charge are used car parts. If the car part doesn't have a core charge, it is a brand new car part. Brand new car parts are typically shipped directly from the factory, so you won't be able to pick it up from the store unless it's shipped to the store.

My experience was fantastic. Thanks your staff member ( Robert ). He retrieved my Relocated - Package from COMCAST - with proper I.D. & no issues, I was done within 20 mins. I called the Upper Darby Market St. store 1 day before arriving to notify them - I would retreive my package from COMCAST. This experience was much improved ! compaired to several yrs.ago. with a Lost / Missing delivery from AMAZON during the Christmas season. Their Loss - of a loyal customer. Thanks Robert. Job Well Done *****.

Dear store manager tried to return a tool I have never used and just recently got but they told me no… I never heard of a place where you can not get your own money for a item you never used … is this how the business is tan this is terrible.

I was at the location just shopping getting little things that I need little things that I like for my cars One employee had no shame of watching me going from One section to the other I was going to approach them to put them in their place but I did not do so I just put my items back told them have a good day and I took my business elsewhere, One more thing to all employees that's into retail do not try to be a super hero I'm not a thief but other people could be it's not worth it Think about your family and your life

Dear Store Manager,I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I encountered during my visit to your store. Unfortunately, I came across a rat during my shopping experience, which was not only unpleasant, but it also raised concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of your store.I was shopping in your store at 69th street in Upper Darby when I noticed the rat running across the floor near the hat rack. I immediately notified a nearby employee, but I was disappointed to see that there was no immediate action taken to address the situation.As a customer, I expect a safe and hygienic shopping environment, and the presence of a rat in your store falls far short of this expectation. I am concerned about the health and safety risks posed by this issue, as well as the potential impact on your store's reputation.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I would also like to receive an update on the steps that you are taking to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Every time I come to this location, the representatives always go out of their way to offer assistance. Today, I was troubleshooting an electrical issue and Josh was a huge help. He was professional, knowledgeable and made a big difference in how fast the problem was solved.
