Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. “I have been meaning to write this for months. UHAUL the company does nothing to make life easy for the franchise. So expect that, on that end, there could be a problem. HOWEVER I found this location to have the most helpful and fair provider I could hope to find. UHAUL the company set up road blocks every step of the way. Sorry to say I have forgotten the name of the man that owns this location. I have not forgotten how very helpful he was to make sure that we had the truck we needed. Every step of the way he stood with me until I had the truck I needed. He is reasonable and honest. Though I do not think UHAUL represents the same level of customer service as does this business man located near the WAWA on Philly Pike, if you need to rent from them, this gentleman will help navigate the system for you and get you what you need. THANK YOU! for going completely out of your way to help me!”

“Today I had a hitch installed at Uhaul of Crum Lynne. I had to wait because I came from Delaware. Yolanda the service attendant was so helpful with a few non-hitch items I needed, and was excellent company during my wait making sure I was comfortable as I am disabled.Amara, the hitch installer, came out twice during the installation to talk to me. Once to view photos I brought of the utility trailer I had purchased and it's electric components, and then again to tell me he wasn't happy with the tongue length for the recommended hitch. He felt it was too close to my bumper, so he looked into the Uhaul store there and picked a better oneI felt that I received a custom hitch installation today for a very reasonable price...at least $100 less than other places I had asked. I couldn't have had a more positive experience, and when I left I had no doubt this was a great decision to come to Crum Lynne. Thanks to Yolanda and Amara!!”
“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed”

“I rented a truck earlier this year- everyone was nice, easy, fast. Just rented a trailer yesterday, and again- awesome and kind. But the gentlemen who helped me tighten my ball hitch and showed me around the trailer was great. Even forgave me being a bit late. This place is great. Highly recommend it. Just be wary while pulling in or out- lots of traffic. Thanks guys!”

“My whole experience with Penske was great. Staff called me a few days and let me know they wouldn't have a van there at that time. He said I could pick it up further away or he could have someone drive it over to the original pickup location. I suggested the lather and told him I'm getting a ride there so I'll get there about 630am. He felt bad I'd have to wait until 9am so he had a staff member drive it over first thing at 7am. I was omw to haul our stuff at about 745am - 8am. New cargo van too. Only had 172 mi on it. Backup camera is awesome. My drop off location also have 24 hour key drop off. LOVED! I dropped it off that same night with tank full. They will charge you $8/gal if you make them do it lolI would for sure rent from Penske again and refer them as well!”
