What a great shop! My husband and I were driving home when the tire pressure light came on. I knew it was the tire that I had scraped against the curb a few days earlier. We got off at the next exit and a sweet soul directed us to Ernie. He was so kind to fit us in as soon as he could- gave great advice on our wheel locks, made sure our spare had good pressure, advised us not to drive over 50mph on the spare, gave our pup a good scratch behind the ears and sent us on our way. THANK YOU, ERNIE for being an angel in our path today! And to the lovely woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!)... your kind smile and understanding when I came in asking for help certainly took the edge off. The splash-guard on our car came loose on a long trip. We tied it up with shoelaces and showed up at Ernie's! They jacked up the car, removed the damaged splash-guard so we could get on our way, and wouldn't take any money. Thanks, Ernie and crew! Kind and responsive to a family needing help.

I don't even know where to begin. Long story short, he had the car 3 weeks and the only thing that got done was the state inspection. He was unable to fix the issue I initially took the car in for, which is fine, but very inconvenient that it took 3 weeks to come to that conclusion. Not to mention he allowed me to drive away with the hood latch disconnected. Thank God I didn't get on the highway. I'm beyond shocked at this experience. Frustrated and disappointed
