They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”

I went into the branch there was no one there but me to cash for this who were talking to each other, when was the man the other was a lady I'm standing in the handicap with the King waiting for someone to help me, it took every bit of awhile ? for someone to help me. “Opened up a credit card and since i had other accounts that I forgot my password too the system would not allow me to set up online with new credit card. I chose the help support icon on screen and began talking to Jay Michael a online customer support representative. Listen I now have my online set up and he knew his stuff. Very satisfied I spoke with him.”
“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”
“I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”
