Horrible customer service.They're trying to charge me $150.00 for a refusal delivery when I wasn't given advanced notice of downsized packaging.It went from 20 Lbs. to 16 Lbs.I dealt with all the recent price increases and fees up until now because I was informed ahead. However, not this time. Only knew upon delivery.

Worst customer service ever, need to call at least five times to get a delivery. Never call back, stay away from this company!
