“I’ve had my unit for over a year, and this has been very convenient due to limited storage at home. The promotional rates do expire and rates increase gradually, so this is to be considered. Customer service is great, though; Aaliyah was so helpful addressing a concern I had, and made sure to resolve the issue very quickly. For anyone looking for storage in the area, I would recommend this location!”
“Friendly and Very easy to work with, handy to have moving supplies for sale at the Philly Pike location, and the facility is clean and quiet. One suggestion would be to try to keep the parking lot free of glass by the doors and first few rows of parking spaces. We all know accidents happen and people drop things as they are moving, but sometimes may not be
so polite as to clean up their own broken pieces. Aside from that I would recommend this facility wholeheartedly!”

“I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years, and one employee named Tom is exceptional! He always goes above and beyond. He has even came from behind the desk, multiple times, just to help me park my boat and has helped me get it on my trailer. He is always accommodating and changing spaces has never been a problem.
He also told me about the senior discount, that I didn’t know about and no other employee has ever mentioned to me before. I highly recommend Life Storage.”

I took another look at the sign and it gave a phone number to call for assistance. Reluctantly, I called the number and was able to talk to someone right away. What a pleasant experience on the phone. I talked to a woman by the name of Sandy (I think), and was able to rent a unit right away. I had access to the unit immediately without the big hassle I anticipated. The agent was efficient, personable and professional. I must say, she is an asset to this company. It is very rare to get someone on the phone who has all of those great qualities. Calling the number and reaching the person I did to take care of business made my whole week. “Everything went well and getting a unit was done very quickly. Only thing is it looked like the unit door was replaced and the old one left in the locker. I thought my movers would've removed it but they didn't causing me to lose a few inches of space. Other than that no complaints.”
