It's a business center.No good bus service, no good car parking. They never give qualified parking space, and they will run a business at allotted parking space.

The staff was super friendly and the service is okay. The line can take a while to move sometimes . Overall, it was a good experience getting assistance and purchase a transportation pass.

Penn State Transportation Services provides a variety of transportation programs and services to make it easy to get to and around the University Park campus. Hourly visitor parking is available at the East, HUB, Nittany, and West parking decks and at select other campus parking areas via multi-space pay stations and ParkMobile. No-fare, ADA-accessible campus transit is provided via CATA’s Loop and Link services and the University’s Campus Shuttle routes. A gold-level Bicycle Friendly University, the campus offers plentiful bike parking, multiple bike repair stations, and Spin electric-assist bikes to rent. Vehicle rental for University business is available through Fleet Operations.
