“I have been personally visiting critter care for a few years now, and I have family and friends who have been going to this clinic for years.I take 2 of my male dogs hereBoth of the veterinary doctors Doctor Lorie and Doctor Donald are amazing. They always hear out all concerns , they are honest and kind. The entire staff is very friendly compassionate people who actually listen and truly care. All of the Techs are super awesome, friendly and very intelligent I appreciate all of the technicians tooI really appreciate that the care team ensures that their patients get necessary care, while also being mindful of costs of things.I love my dogs and being a client at critter care has incredibly enriched my life as a dog mom.I know the doctors and staff sees a lot of patients. But they are so personable and kind .. once you go you’ll definitely feel special. Thank you to everyone at critter care for your kind hearts and good work. “I love this clinic. You can tell dr Beach really cares about the animals and isn't just trying to make a buck. His assistant James is also very friendly and down to earth. The front desk could definitely use some training in the bedside manner department lol don't let her deter u this is a wonderful vet and the prices are reasonable. His experience speaks for itself. I highly recommend this office we use it for all of our rescue animals ❤️”
“I’m so happy to have found this vet service for my dogs. I love that you can request appointments online and they get back to you so quickly. They are extremely reasonable in pricing too! My dogs always get a bundled service for their vaccines and check up. I also had my one pup have surgery here for his nose and they did a phenomenal job and I was completely at ease. They truly care about your pets!”
“We have 2 toy rat terriers and needed a place to board them for the weekend. They had only been away from us once in 6 years. Also, the little one does not like strangers. I was so nervous about leaving them an entire weekend.Courtney worked with me as if I was her best friend. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Ashley took us on a tour of the place prior to our dogs staying.I could feel that the people working there genuinely love animals.I know our dogs were not a walk in the park but they handled them like Champs!Chaddsford Animal Hospital is my first choice for our fur babies. What a relief to know that should we need to board our dogs again, we have the perfect place for them to stay.Thank you to the doctor and staff, as I am sure our dogs, Mike&Ike were a handful.”
“I've been going to Nonantum since it first opened in the 1980's. I don't live near Nonantum, and I pass at least 3 other vet offices on my way to Nonantum, but I have never considered going to a vet closer to home. Everyone there is compassionate and caring. They used to have the lowest prices around. They are quite a bit more expensive today, but so is everything else. I don't know how they compare price wise to other vets, because I haven't been to any other vets since discovering Nonantum. So, they may still be the lowest priced vet. I just don't know. The office is always clean and everyone there is always friendly. I have nothing at all bad to say about the place other than I very much miss Debbie Roberts, who started Nonantum in the 1980's. She passed way before her time. If you are looking for a new vet, Nonantum will not disappoint. I have yet to see a vet there that I didn't like a lot.”
“This is a new veterinarian for my cat because we moved. Fortunately, a doctor from the previous practice is there and remembered my cat who is 16. They were lovely. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that they charged $19.50 to clip the cat’s nails. This is the charge WITH a checkup! It took the tech about 20 seconds and should be free!!!!!”

“I brought my cat in to be seen because she had been acting off for a few days. I am working out of town, so I wasn't sure who to get to see her. Crestview worked me in. They are the nicest people and was so gentle and competent with her. Dr Hiller shared what she thought the problem was and what her plan of care was. She also talked to me about some of the injections she thought would help, but confirmed with me the price and if I still wanted her to have it. The up front staff was so kind and got her records from my home vet so that they could give my cat the best possible care. I am so pleased that I found this clinic!”
“I could not recommend Drs. Flanagan enough. In July, we had to face the decision of saying goodbye to our 14-year-old boxer dog, Rusty. It was a devastating decision for both of us, but Dr. Robert reached out to us very quickly after my initial inquiry, was incredibly compassionate over the phone and said exactly what we needed to hear to know that this was the right decision and the right time.Dr. Robert and Dr. Karli came out to our home, were compassionate and caring with our best pal as we said goodbye to him. Dr. Karli gave us a shaving of Rusty's hair in a little heart-shaped tin. They made the arrangements for cremation and I was able to pick up Rusty within a week. The pet cremation company they work with gave us a paw-print impression and his remains are in a beautiful wooden box with an engraved plate.Making the decision to euthanize a beloved pet is an awful thing, but I commend this practice for helping us navigate a very painful time in our lives. To us, it was worth the money to be able to say goodbye to Rusty in our home.(The pic is Rusty from happier times- Such a handsome boy!)”
“Dr. Francella does not rush from one patient to the next. He really takes time to evaluate the condition of each pet. Don't expect furnishings to be updated. Do our care anyway? If you need someone to take time to get to the bottom of what ails your fur baby, come here!”

“Going to the vet with my very introverted cat is always an ordeal but the ladies at Colebrook Manor Animal Hospital were so kind and helpful! We needed to be seen for a semi-urgent matter and not only were they accommodating but helped put my mind at ease and handled my cat incredibly well (who can magically turn herself into a 100 lb. meow-howling brick when we have to leave the house.) The dog owners in the waiting area were respectful and kept their distance. Overall we received wonderful and trustworthy treatment during what was a nerve-wracking trip for this cat mama! “My first phone call to VORSC was met with professionalism and caring. I was able to secure an appointment immediately. The doctor and staff are caring, kind and compassionate. They understand how much we love our pets. Dr Jeglum called me even before I had my appointment to discuss the case. My mind was put at ease, just knowing I secured a Medical oncologist for my dog in such a short period of time. I couldn’t have picked a better office. It’s definitely not close to where I live. It’s over an hour drive but it is worth it for the care my dog is receiving. I highly recommend this office and Doctor”

“I love Centerville Vet ! Dr. Bell and all the amazing staff there are the best. It is a 20-min drive for me, but it is worth it. I have been bringing Daisy here since she was a puppy, and the smile and friendliness towards her is worth every penny. It is a plus with how professional they are towards myself, but the way they handle her makes me feel comfortable each time. It is easy to schedule appointments, and usually I get a hold of Angel on the phone and she is so nice. Dr. Bell cares alot for the well being of my pets and is in my eyes the best out there. Miss Daisy is on a weight loss run and when I brought her in, weighing 5 pounds less, the staff celebrated and cheered for her. This environment and motivation from the staff towards Daisy and my better doings feels great. Thank you for all you do and for making Daisy love going to the vet! She walks out happier than ever each time!”
“We just brought our dog, Ollie, for his first visit here. It was a great experience! All of the staff were welcoming and meeting with Dr. Todd exceeded my expectations. He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. Ollie was the calmest he had ever been in that environment so I could tell it was a great fit for him too. I can't recommend Dr. Todd enough. As a major bonus, the cost of our visit was surprisingly affordable for the level of service we received. Thank you to the whole staff for all that you do.”
“He was a great Veterinarian. I took animals to him for years until his retirement. He was great with them and seemed to know his job very well.He didn't charge an arm and a leg. He seemed to care about the animals more than most. He was reasonable and he could know what was wrong by just looking at them sometimes. He was always great with the animals and I miss him horribly. He looked at my one animal and said I believe she has a thyroid disease. He treated her and she recovered quite quickly and went on to live many years afterwards. He was a great Veterinarian.”
“Pretty good experience with them. I brought my baby girl in for her routine shots and check up. She is Shitzu and Yorkie mixed.The reception was nice when I checked in. We did wait maybe 45mins before we seen the actual vet. The assistant came into the room checked her out and asked questions then the vet came in. I did get some shampoo and medication ? for her itching.The Vet was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions.I do wish the assistant or Doctor explained how much everything was going to be because I was shocked at the $280+ cost once I got to the desk and had to leave without some items because I wasn't prepared to spend so much on medication. I got everything she needed and overall the experience was good.”
