I have been banking here sometime and was pleased with the service. But now you can no longer get a hold I'd anyone. It says leave a message but I have for the past two days and still no return call. I am looking for another bank that has customer service. This bank sure doesn't any more. If you call the toll free number you someone from India that can't speak english. Feed up!

The most angry, disrespectful bank branch employees at the Uniontown, Pa Walmart. Although it is Uniontown. Better off putting money in mattress. I was helping my mom find out where her order of checks went or if they were really ordered. Pretty simple right? Nope! They said they have no way of knowing. Knowing if they were ordered, where they went since she didn’t get them. I asked sternly “So her checks can be out there, and information lost?” She said it’s possible. Lol I said that’s absurd and it’s worse yet you can’t tell us anything! The body behind the counter said “Listen if you don’t like it here, I’ll give you your money and you can go somewhere else” Now to be fair she had mustard or something in the corner of her mouth so I didn’t expect much but come on Walmart, do better or at least just replace them with self check out like 90% of your cashiers.

Very good bank overall nice and friendly staff. The one thing that bothers me is that it's nearly impossible to reach them by telephone. It does not matter the time nor day it is highly unlikely that anyone will answer the phone when calling. Instead you have to leave a message and wait for a phone call back in return. It is nearly impossibly to bank with them without having to physically go into Walmart regardless your issue big or small. Small matters should not require always having to physically go to a bank. The online banking constantly has issues that Have to be taken care of from your own local branch. I don't even understand why they have a business phone line if it's going to be treated like a residential line in which one has the option to pick or choose which calls they want to take. I thought business lines were intended to be used for conducting business during business hours. This is very inconvenient and not a way to conduct BUSINESS!
