Don’t ever need to use the restroom here. When cleaning they close both their bathrooms at the same time rather than one at a time. That’s how we did it at Starbucks. Clean one bathroom and leave one open, let it dry, then switch. It was an emergency and I had to use the bathroom. I have a GI condition that causes me to have to use the restroom suddenly. Cashier refused to open them saying it was out her hands if they were closed or not. Had to rush to my Mom’s so I didn’t have an accident. Called to speak to a manager afterwards and got nowhere. I was admittedly pretty upset. Had I done what that cashier and manager did when I worked in customer service I’d have gotten into huge trouble. Guess they’re fine with customers having a BM on the floor. Seriously go to CVS these people are terrible.

Second time they failed to call in a prescription to my doctor for a refill. When we went to pick up the prescription waited in line outside at the prescription pick up window for 15 minutes while they let someone sit there while filling his prescription rather than telling him to go inside and wait

I scheduled flu and covid booster shots recently for my family of 5. All of our appts were scheduled 15 minutes apart which makes sense but this store made us wait until the last window closed before taking us. We sat there for over an hour and then they tell us that our insurance covers the covid shots but not the flu shots for the kids. My wife's and my flu shots were covered but not my kids. This makes no sense at all. I thought kids were more susceptible to the flu. They were happy to give them if we wanted to pay the full cost of 60 dollars each. That would have been $180 bucks for the three of them. We held off and went to walmart and they didnt charge anything. I am finding it hard to believe that there is that much of a difference of what the insurance pays at these locations. Anyway my rating is mainly for the fact that we scheduled ahead of time and had to wait longer than an hour. Whats the point of evening setting appts then. We normally just walk into walmart and the longest we have had to wait was like 15 - 20 minutes.

This is the second bad experience I have had at this store. Customer service and satisfaction is not their end goal. Beverly (Manager) is unbelievably rude. Do not try to contact the head manager, William, because he is satisfied with the culture set at this establishment. If you want anything done, you will need to call the corporate office.

Whoever answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoke to in my life & hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Literally answered the phone being a b****. Wish my needed prescription wasn’t here & it wasn’t Friday & 4:30 pm so I could call my doctor & have it sent elsewhere. New employees who actually gaf should be hired. Not these lousy excuses for workers. Wish I could give no stars.

Arrived 6 minutes before closing. I drove 4 and a half hours to Uniontown because my little brother is in critical condition in the ICU at Uniontown hospital. I stopped by this Walgreens at 10:54 after leaving the ICU. They close at 11 pm. All I needed was a toothbrush and some water, would have taken less than 2 minutes. The door was closed in my face by an employee named William and told “well that’s too bad” - I understand what it’s like to have a customer walk in the store 5 minutes to close. As a CVS manager, I can say I also know what it’s like to not have any knowledge about what’s going on in my customers’ lives. 0 stars.

The service of the pharmacist last night at Walgreens in Uniontown, PA Walgreens was exceptional. Despite the pressures they have faced, they seem to have the most friendly staff I have seen broad scope. They were able to answer all my pharmacology questions, ironically this is a rare thing for me, my local martins pharmacy does this as well. Both have the feel of small town pharmacies, but they always have the friendliest kindest, and efficient staff. 5 stars every time I visit. Remember to be kind to the people who support us. They are people and struggling as we all do. Have a great weekend!

I don’t do this very often, but I must say something about this. I got my cats meds one day when I had a ride (he’s on two for epilepsy). The pharmacy gave me the one I didn’t need, and I didn’t have a ride back. They had it delivered the very next day with no charge. I was so upset, but this was above and beyond what I could have asked ♥️
