Had to put my Jeep in the shop for having no heat. They kept it for 3 days and put a heating core in. Ended up costing me $1,470.90. They did keep me updated, I had to call them to find out what was going on. No indication on how much the bill would be until they called me to tell me my jeep would be done in 2 hours. Then I found out the price. The part was $200 and the rest was labor. I would never go back to them again.

Was lied to through out the four months I was waiting for them to get my truck repaired then after finding out they need another part I had to track it down myself as they were not willing to. And the bad part is when I called all the other dealers they all asked why I was doing it and not them as they should be the ones doing that. Just want to say thanks to Auto Nation in Phoenix Arizona for working harder to get me the part I needed then Tri star motors did especially when I am over a thousand mile away from them. Because of this I will never buy or have my vehicle repaired at tri star motors.

I had a MIL (malfunction indicator light) on my dashboard. I called Candy in the service department who has been my go-to person since I bought my Jeep in 2015. The appointment was quickly scheduled and the result was a spark plug needed replaced. My fear of a major problem was quickly eliminated through the professional and technical experience of Tristar service department. Thank you, Candy for your continued attention to my service needs!

I mentioned several times the start stop function didn’t work. I was told if I didn’t want to use it do not worry about it. Most recently I was told the battery needed replaced $430 later the start stop function still does not workThey conveniently waited until after the warranty expired

Went to the dodge dealership this morning to look at a new truck. The salesman came up and talked for a couple minutes. Said he was going yup grab the key to the truck I was interested in. After waiting for 20 minutes I left. On my way out of the lot I seen he was helping another customer. Not very good service. I’ll never be back.

Simple, fast, open communications, painless, very accommodating, worked hard to meet my needs and was able to fit in my budget, Zac was great to work with to get in my new vehicle. I’m a returning customer and felt like it was appreciated that I returned (from an hour away).

Our brand new Pacifica broke down at around 5000 miles. After a week of not being able to diagnose the problem and not giving us a loaner my wife called Chrysler direct. Within 20 minutes the dealer called saying they were going to bring us a rental. One month later I pick the van up and it’s filthy. It sat outside for a month and you would think that they would have the courtesy to wash it. When we dropped it off it was spotless. The “service manager” is rude and talks down to you as you’re a child. We were told multiple times prior to calling Chrysler they were at the mercy of a system. After speaking with Chrysler we were told that is not the case.If you’re looking for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
