Only reason I am giving this store a 2 star and not a one is because of the fact of calling the store the First Lady was amazing in helping me, the Second Lady as I described a item to her did not want to go look to see if they had anymore of the same item nor did she want to try to be helpful. The only thing she kept telling me was well I need to see it, you need a receipt and you will just have to make a trip here to find out. She just said well our coats are on the wall bring your item in!

OMG, this young female employee, just made me giggle on the inside. I was like, " what it must be like to be young." My ol'bones miss the young days. But she was so happy, peppy, seemed like she liked her job and she works very well with the public. They hired a good one. But the store was clean and all the employees seemed friendly and stayed busy. Nice environment and you can find some good items in TjMaxx... Thanks again

I visited the store yesterday where I purchased a few items for my three daughters. I had them try everything on, removed the tags, and washed all of it. When I was folding everything I realized a pajama set I bought for one of my daughters had the wrong size bottoms with it (4T shirt and 3T bottoms). I returned to the store today to exchange for the correct size. I did tell the cashier I had washed them, and she told me they generally do not exchange if this occurs. She brought the manager over, and he said it was fine to exchange. After that was all settled, the cashier noticed the same exact pair of pajamas I purchased the day before were now $2 more. So she once again asked the manager. But instead of doing an even exchange for me, they said I had to pay the difference. Literally was $2 less the day before. I had all of my children with me and was not going to argue over $2. But to me it is the principle. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I don’t feel charging more for the same exact item was the right move.
