ordered a chair on29 feb they said it would in abuot 2 wks. it is now the 3rd of apr and they have no idea when it will be in .tryed to cancel order but can't get my money back 'buy your furniture some place else.could't give no stars

Andy and Rick were extremely helpful with assisting us with our purchase of a queen sized bed, mattress, and box spring. They set up a fast delivery for us which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend shopping here for your furniture needs! Very friendly service and good value on quality furniture.

My sister bought a couch here. Within days, she found the EXACT COUCH for less at a different store that offered price matching…. She called to see if there was any price matching at Timeless. They said absolutely not! So she opted to return it, as it was JUST delivered (and in perfect condition) and was told to kick rocks. Even offered to pay a fee for it to be taken back to the store! That’s some solid customer service, folks. My mother and myself were both planning on making pretty significant purchases after some home renovations projects were complete and considered coming here but will take our business elsewhere now. Hope those few hundred bucks were worth losing thousands in potential sales, Timeless.

I am in awe of this store I have not bought furniture in 20 years always had hand me downs I started shopping and ran across this store I saw set I liked texted store was answered in minutes by Loida asked price checked on line for financing was approved went to web page had additional 10% Off My main concern was delivery which they had to my home I arrived at store saw my set finalized with Dale met the owners Darrell and Caryn who I might add she is a Lumberport girl The said be several weeks for delivery My son and family were coming in Thanksgiving they made sure they made special trip to deliver for me The delivery guys were so nice I cannot say enough about Timeless I will be purchasing 2 bedroom suites in March and they have my business Sally Plum Fairmont West Virginia
