Our conversation started with Dan saying ( And I Quote ...you need to sign this paper for State Farm....... to give me permission to do the estimate. end of quote .) As I signed the first he landed another so I signed it .
After the estimate Dan said it will be 2 months until he can get it into the garage
Note....Prior to visiting Dan , State Farm was told in advance Sova is not doing the work. They said I can take it anywhere. After Sova does the estimate.
I contacted State Farm to inform them where I was taking the vehicle..
Mysteriously Sova started reaching out to me about repairing sooner.
With a signed doc for him to make the repairs . Must have been 1 of the pages I sign . Sounds like a 2 for 1 or theft by deception
State Farm is aware and A complaint has been filled.

Despite a contractual obligation with my insurance company, the little tykes at Teddy Sova’s are either unwilling or unable to fix my vehicle because of a “partial theft.” While I search for a capable mechanic, I’ll be sure to spread the word that the folks at Teddy Sova’s just aren’t up to the task.

Ted Sova's is the place to go to. From start to finish, the team at Ted Sova's anticipated my every need. They coordinated with Enterprise when I dropped my car off to get fixed and continued to coordinate when I came to pick up my car - I didn't have to do anything! Not to mention, every single person I came across was extremely helpful, personable, kind, and professional. You can tell the team genuinely cares. You can teach a lot of things, but you cant teach someone passion. A big thank you to Mike for being so knowledgable and kind. From the bottom of my heart - thank you all so much for making this experience the easiest and fastest it could be! You all rock! I will definitely come back to Ted Sova's if I need any servicing for any of my vehicles.

Owner wouldn't even give a estimate for a insurance claim I had 3 weeks ago. Not a friendly person..unless you sign authorization form for them to fix. Bad way to run a business. Took my vehicle too a real body shop and they fixed it no hesitation. Being polite and professional is what gets you business!!

Ted and his staff have worked on my vehicles three times over the last several years and has done a superior job. I could not be happier with the knowledge, professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail and promptness of the service each time. When calling, the kindness and support by the office staff is beyond gracious and kind. If you want an honest man, great team of workers and personable employees to deal with your vehicle, then look no where else than Ted Sova’s. They are top notch and first class.
