I have been coming here for about a decade. You wont get the personalization and kindness elsewhere. Karen is super nice and works super quick. Bonus: There are cats!

This is the only place I'll go to file taxes. They are very helpful, it's a very relaxing environment and they really get you the most back! Everyone there is very welcoming! Definitely check them out. i've never enjoyed doing my taxes but Karen makes it really stress free.

Took all of our business receipts and everything we had for the entire year and never filed our taxes and wont answer our calls or anything!!!!!!! We have no clue what to do next except to file a grievance with the IRS against her!! Worst place ever, Took out taxes and never filed them, wouldnt answer the phone for 8 days, called the cops and lied to them said i broke her door, security video proved i didn't, tried to make us pay $150.00 to get our documents back and Psycho and thief "BEWARE' and as in other review, very dirty inside and after our ordeal others have come forward with horror stories as well so it wasn't just a 1 dissatisfied customer!! "BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE"!!!!!!

Horrible wait time...used to be great years ago. Place is very dirty and has cats roaming everywhere. Will never go back.
