I am new to most firearms and went into Ross Brothers with plenty of questions. I spoke with Jim for over an hour as he patiently answered all of my questions. He was real knowledgeable and made me feel real comfortable. Never felt pressured. Great experience, definitely will be back.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife was denied service just for the fact I was with her when trying to purchase a firearm. I've never heard of such a thing. And instead of educating us on the issue, they were rude and arrogant. The prices were the highest I've seen anywhere else. Maybe they should stick to locksmith and leave the firearms to professionals.

Opened locked safe & made me new keys. The guys were super helpful, knowledgeable, & nice. They saved my bacon when I couldn't find the keys to my safe. It was interesting to watch them crack the lock. They answered all my questions & didn't make me feel like an idiot. The store has a variety of things from keychains & poolsticks to guns. I'll definitely be going back

Ross Brothers is a last resort kinda store, you don't want to go here primarily cause they price gouge, and if you find yourself at Ross Bro's, it's cause you are too easily separated from your money.Employees here treat customers with disrespect, contempt.Prices here are on average 20% higher than other stores for the same item, this goes for ammo, keys, clothing, weapons, services.Before you give this place business, do yourself a favor, and find another place to spend your money, your wallet will thank you.
