Can never get a hold of anyone at this bank. I called 4 times and each time they answer and hang up on you without a single hello or anything. I get being busy but to just answer and hang up without a single spoken word? Unprofessional.

They tried to charge me a 3% Feed to cash their own check pure greed then they stamp the back of the check so I couldn’t even take it to my regular bank because they defaced it had to get with the person that wrote me the check and have them replace it Worst experience ever I had PNC as a kid I now understand why I left... read full comment
