I used a debit card for my purchase....they refused to give me my cash back..... wanted to put it back on a card that is not reloadable like that...they gave me a hard time and yelled at me because they had to give me my cash....no more shopping there..... SMH ?

Always polite and professional! They take the time to listen to make sure I’m getting the right part for my problem. As for the bad review for the bathroom, it’s a part store not a gas station, they don’t have to let the person even use the restroom to begin with, so how is that review even relevant to the store? These employees work their tails off to provide the best service possible. Will only ever use this store to get parts for my car.

Went in to pick up some parts and asked to use the restroom and the manager Kevin let me go and use theirs.I was disgusted to see this. Black mold everywhere!

I had a breakdown with semi truck, went to a O’Reilly, they didn’t have a part that I needed, then Rickey made a few calls, found the part in the store on the other side of the town, offered me a ride, and now I’m rolling thanks to Rickey, God bless you!!!The World would be a better place if there are more people like Rickey!

They ordered my Coolant crossover tube orings for my SVT Cobra. When they came in I went to get em and they were the wrong size. They immediately took me over to the oring assortment boxes and both boxes no luck. They had another set that were a lil thicker but bought em and didn't work. It happens but they were super friendly and nice. Will do business again. Wasn't their fault.
