Had a battery that went bad under warranty, and I did not have the receipt.. they checked my account through one of my phone numbers and was able to give me a new battery.. . Didn't catch the older guys name at the Uniontown store, but he was very helpful and got my battery right away.. I'm so appreciative..thank you buddy...
