Best experience ever.Vacuum line leak. Not only did they have the part I needed for a 2007 PT CRUISER, but installed it. I'm sure they noticed I was pushing 80 years old, but I think they would have installed it for anyone.Special thanks for the oldest customer service agent there last week 3/1/24 or thereabouts. (I don't remember his name). He even requested an engine expert across the street to verify the vacuum line's purpose.You just can't better parts or help than that experience.Don from Scottdale PA

Extremely nice personnel. The gentleman helped my husband find a bulb for the car and he even came outside to look at which spot needed the bulb. I would call that above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Would leave a zero but it's not an option, still had 5 minutes before they closed but they door was locked. They even looked at me and still ignored me

I pick up parts, batteries, coolant, oil, lubricants, oil and fuel filters as well as tools here on a Commercial Account as well as my own Personal Account. I always receive great service from PeeWee. If it's not in stock you can order either parts, tools or anything else and it will come in pretty quick. so if you are In the area working and need parts just stop on in and ask for PeeWee and tell him Charles sent ya!

When you need a part for anything, car, truck, boat, rv, lawn mower or motorcycle. NAPA countermen know what you need unlike the other chains that their counter people we barista's the week befor.
