Shout out to Ross Torres and the entire sales staff! My wife and I appreciate the tireless effort Ross put in to make the purchase of our new Tundra as easy as possible. He is very knowledgeable and very personable and oh, I almost forgot, he makes great sales videos. Mike Kelly is fortunate to have this guy working for them! Love the Tundra!

Amazing cars, amazing prices, and most importantly amazing service. I just recently bought a car through Vee and Ross (The Sales Consultant of the Year), the experience was very pleasant and they were very fair. Very trustworthy and exemplified an understanding of the business and importance of customer and seller relationships. 5/5 would recommend!

Ross was great to work with in getting a great deal on a used Hyundai Tucson. It was so good that I rented a car in Northern Kentucky to make the trip and take delivery in Pennsylvania!

I really wish I did not have to post this review. I recently purchased a car from Mike Kelly Toyota, and I'm extremely disappointed with the overall service I received. There was a scheduling mix-up that resulted in us waiting for over an hour, the deposit was not reflected in the bill of sale, the temporary registration card was missing, and connected services were not fully addressed. To make matters worse, Logan, the sales associate and our point of contact, deflected all responsibility for these issues. It's really unfortunate because most of the reviews I read were positive. Do you want a sales associate who does not take responsibility? Do you want a dealership that fails to address these issues in a timely manner even after contacting the sales manager (Vee)? These problems have marred what should have been an exciting and seamless car-buying experience. These delays and unresolved issues are unacceptable and reflect poorly on this dealership's attention to detail and customer service.

Logan is one of the best car salesman’s I’ve ever dealt with. He worked magic for me and I couldn’t be more thankful to be driving my Corolla! He answered every question I had about the vehicle and future maintenance. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a new car or a new Toyota! Thank you Logan for getting me into the car I’ve wanted for a few years now! And a shout out to Russell in the payment department I believe, he was fantastic as well. All-in-all, Mike Kelly Toyota is my new fav dealership. They slayed. :)

Bruce helped me buy my truck and did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Trade in process was easy, and the service dept has been great to me since the purchase.
Watch the finance process though, my credit score was 750+ and they still landed me a loan at a remarkably high interest rate (well over market rate at the time)
And I had to almost immediately refinance. My fault I should have checked the rate before signing but still not happy about it.
Otherwise great place to go for service or sales

Went to just look for a new car with my husband, the salesman Logan was amazing and was able to get him into that new car by end of the day. Logan was very personable and understanding to talk to. Highly recommend Logan and Mike Kelly Toyota.

Pleasant surprise. Previous online post re missing oil filter cap on newly- purchased Toyota has been installed by Mike Kelly Toyota, at no cost to me. In addition, a multipoint inspection was performed. Service department was accommodating and buyer left the dealership anxiety- free. Lib

Logan and Vee are amazing to work with on the purchase of a new Toyota Corolla. Logan explained exactly what we needed to know and was excellent in explaining everything about the car on the test drive. The entire process of finding the right car, test drive, financing and taking possession of the car was so smooth. Super happy with the entire experience. Exceptional customer service and care. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. They'll make sure you leave with add ons you never asked for, and lie to you to make a deal. I've never had a worse experience when buying a car.

I purchased a 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid with the help of Matt Guess. He was very friendly and professional.He listened to what my requirements were for the vehicle and made it happen. He took time to explain when my vehicle would arrive as it was in production. Contacted me through out with updates and best of all delivery day! He assisted me in getting familiar with the vehicle.I couldn't have had a better buying experience. I recommend Mike Kelly Toyota to anyone. Matt didn't just make a sell he made a friend. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Toyota dealership. I live in WV and all paperwork was handled by them as well. A thanks to Russell Goff too who helped with all the numbers.
