Definitely better customer experience than the one in Washington pa. The guy at the Uniontown one was a better at knowing and selling me a mattress. The women at the Washington one was very rude and didn't want to do anything.

Elizabeth was professional, personable, courteous, and very informative. We went in just to look at what they had, and each of us ended up with different mattresses to take care of our individual needs and wants. I would highly recommend giving her a chance the next time you're checking their competitors. She may pleasantly surprise you!

management is a little confusing. Their most profitable sales people play second fiddle to their struggling sales people because the HR lady is a bleeding heart liberal who thinks she is doing the right thing. And you want to know why our american companiesare being run into the ground. sad.

A big thank you to Tenya! We came in for the President’s Day sale and he helped us find a mattress that fit both of our needs and budget! Very knowledgeable and helped explained finance options in an easy understandable way. He was super attentive to both us and the other couple he was helping at the same time. Bought a mattress here last night. The salesperson Tenya was very patient with us. We didn’t feel pressured at all. He even took the time to show us different mattresses and talked about each one we tried out. I highly recommend asking for him! So want to add that he was very friendly with my husband and I. We purchased two mattresses at, Mattress Warehouse in Uniontown, Pa. this July 2023.Elizabeth Y. Was our sales person and she was the most informative and professional sales person that thoroughly impressed my husband and I because of her knowledge we purchased two mattresses, and are very pleased with them. If it wouldn’t have been for Elizabeth, we probably would have gone elsewhere. We were in the store two times and we waited to make sure Elizabeth was working because of her professionalism and knowledge we were sold on these mattresses. If you’re looking for a mattress, Mattress Warehouse, and Elizabeth is what you need. You won’t be disappointed, if Elizabeth can’t help you then no one can. She is an ASSET to this business.

He Wants to Help you and will stop at nothing, to ensure you have a quality mattress at an affordable price.Tenya's leadership skills, managerial skills, and unrelenting perseverance show how dedicated he is to both his job and the people who he caters to.I don't know many salesmen that skateboards to work, gets hit by a truck, and still has the audacity to get there, do his job, make some sales, and THEN... go to the hospital after he did his job.If you want a great mattress, at a great price, with the best bargains, go to Tenya at Mattress Warehouse and tell him you saw my Review.

If you need a quality mattress at an excellent price, go to Mattress Warehouse in Uniontown and ask for Tenya. He's a great, no pressure sales person and provides great customer service. We bought new mattresses and bed frames for our new house and he took care of us from beginning to end. You won't be disappointed.
