Mike and Dylan made the car shopping experience top notch. They didn’t pressure me, feed a bunch of nonsense info down my throat, and answered any questions I had. I 10/10 recommend them and will be going back in the future.
Edit: Had the truck for three weeks, had the check engine light on, needed a 30 part got it fixed. Light was off for a week and got in this morning and it’s back on. Hoping I didn’t get stuck with a lemon and it’s just crap luck.

I was on my way to the bank and spotted a Mercedes SLK 350 that was very sharp. I stopped to look at it and was treated very well with a no pressure attitude from the guys. They threw a dealer plate on it and off I went. Brought it back and said I loved it but had to clear it with the wife. Said they completely understand and I could take it for the day to show her anytime I wanted. We talked a few days later and they got me approved for financing. I decided to hold off until I started my new job position and they were totally cool with my decision. It wasn't a lot more of a pleasant experience compared to any other car sales I've had. Keeping them in mind for a future purchase.

Dylan and Michael were great to work with! They went above and beyond to make the deal on our new (to us) Mercedes! The transaction was painless and quick. Dylan had everything done ahead of time, we literally were in and out of the dealership in an hour. Thanks guys!

I had an incredible experience with the guys at M1Auto. I was searching for a specific vehicle, and saw they had exactly what I was looking for on their website. I called in the morning to ask if it was still available, and that I’d be driving an hour and a half to come see it. Dylan told me it was available, and that he’d be willing to take a look at my trade to see if they can get me in the vehicle I wanted. Fortunately when I showed up, I saw exactly what I expected because the vehicle was represented so well on the website, and Dylan told me everything on the phone that pictures may not have shown. When it was time to do business, he and Mike worked magic to make the numbers work to get me out of my older vehicle and into a great quality vehicle that immediately made a 100 mile drive home without incident. I’ll be using it to make a cross-country trip, pulling a travel trailer. Though it is my own fault I bought the car I did. The dealers at the shop had no problem taking advantage of my situation. Find somewhere else to buy a car these are not good people.

This was a great experience. The guys at M1 Auto Inc are awesome. They answered all our questions and worked to get the lowest interest rate we could. We were even able to have the car delivered to us since we were not able to take it home the day we stopped in and we were not from the area. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great used car.

Very friendly staff, I met with Dylan to look at a car I saw online. I found him to be very straight forward and honest. Mike the owner was very pleasant to deal with as well. They worked with me on my trade and got me in the car I was looking for the price I wanted to pay. They have a very nice selection of used cars and I would highly recommend them to anybody! Keep up the good work!

My daughter trusted this company to sell her a reliable car but after having it for six months the motor is blown this is after 4 separate trips to a repair shop for the same issue. She was sold a "warranty" that skirted around what was covered and will not cover what is listed in the description. They took advantage of an innocent young girl who is trying to be a good person.

Don't trust this place. I inquired and was very close to buying a VW Jetta GLI from here that I was told there was nothing wrong with and recently checked. I took the car to get a pre-purchase inspection and it turned out to have a couple oil leaks. Taking a look underneath the car it was covered and dripping with oil, as well as having a ton of hastily and sloppily placed silicone applied to the outside of the oil pan and other places on the engine to temporarily prevent the leaks. Additionally the rotors needed replaced. With a shop and car lift in the center of the lot it's hard to believe they weren't aware of the issues. They're nice people and I'm sure some of their cars are in good shape but if you're considering getting a car from them definitely err on the side of caution and take the car to a shop before purchasing. This goes for most used car lots but with M1 Auto my experience wasn't very pleasant. I usually don't write reviews like this but I don't want anyone to have an experience similar to mine.

Bought a used “ready to drive” car in April. Now in November it won’t even start. It come off the lot with an antifreeze leak that wasn’t mentioned before. I had to replace all 4 tires within 3 months. The car also came off the lot with no oil in it and wasn’t made aware at the time of buying, which then caused the cylinders to blow and needing replaced. 1000% don’t buy anything from here. Edit: you didn’t try everything we brought it back to you 2-3 days after buying it for an engine oil pressure malfunction that you “fixed” by putting a bottle of oil in. Which didn’t help the problem because it was back within a day after that and were told you couldn’t help us anymore. Now we find out that the whole problem from the beginning the engine oil pressure malfunction which caused the timing part in the engine to be destroyed and ruin the whole engine.

Sold a friend of mine an overpriced lemon, fit with four wheel curb rash, 3 different tire manufacturers, a damaged tire, bubble tinted rear window, and plenty of issues that arose soon after purchase. Buyers beware.
