I had a great experience buying my car at Jim Shorkey. This is the 2nd time buying a car there and it is always the best experience. Jen Davis and her manager made everything very easy! Jen delivered my car to my house, it had full tank of gasoline, clean, and beautiful. I would recommend Jim Shorkey and when you go in definitely ask for Jen Davis! I love my new Kia!

Please do yourself a favor and do not deal with these people! My husband and I went through our credit union to secure a loan for a truck, and made the horrible decision to pick this place full of unprofessional and unscrupulous salespeople. Never in my 50 years on this earth have I had the displeasure of dealing with such terrible people. My husband told them repeatedly what our credit union would finance, which was significant by the way, and that we would not be paying anything beyond that out of pocket. The salesperson agreed, wrote up the paperwork and we got the truck. Our credit union contacted us two days later to inform us that the salesperson made a mistake and we would have to pay $3,700, in addition to our sizeable loan payment . My husband called this place FOR FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT! He repeatedly left messages, as did our credit union. Not one person from this terrible, disgraceful business bothered to return a call. On Friday at 4:00, after calling for four days, my husband received A TEXT MESSAGE! The text informed him that they would not work with us regarding payment at all. We thought that maybe we could do a partial payment and lower the warranty by a couple years, but nope, they were completely unwilling to FIX THEIR MISTAKE! So my husband went to the dealership today to speak with a manager, and the manager HID FROM HIM! They were unwilling to speak with him, take accountability for their huge mistake, or to work with us at all. We returned the truck and will never, ever deal with these awful people again. Hopefully someone takes the time to read this review and learns from our disastrous experience here. If the dealership tries to remove this review, they should know that they are wasting their time. I will keep posting it here, as well as on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit. Also, I have proof of everything and I will provide it.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and with being a college student my budget wasn’t very high, but John was able to find me I vehicle that not only did I love but also worked with my budget! The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal and the process of buying the car was surprisingly very easy! Thank you John Olesko!

Didn’t really have much hope of getting a car but Dayton helped me and I walked away with a 2023 the same day!!!! I’d recommend this place to my family and friends!! He made sure I got what I wanted and he did just that! A really great experience!

I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage from Kia Uniontown. My sales associate Jennifer Davis was excellent. She was professional, nice and not pushy. She answered all of my questions. This is the 4th vehicle that I bought from this dealership.

Jonathan was terrific helping me get my new car. We had some issues during the purchase, by he was able to streamline the paperwork and keep everything moving until I was able to get back to the lit for my cat. He even made waiting on the paperwork experience easier to endure.
