My son and I showed up for a hair cut at 6pm. We were informed by the woman at the front desk that she was closing early because she didn’t get to eat her dinner. I said, “Aren’t you open until 8pm?” She said “Yes. I can cut your son’s hair but make a later appointment for you.” This is ridiculous but par for the course with the younger generation. Other than a family emergency how is a business just closing two hours early because the employee didn’t eat dinner? Its no wonder this place has trouble making money.

Asked for curtain bangs and layers. Did not blend my layers. It looks like a wolf cut. I look d**** Now i have to get my hair blended out. I swear she used a cutting hair at home hack and twisted the frnt strands. The front pieces won’t straighten and she also cut it too short. looks nothing like the pics i showed her. My confidence wa handedly destroyed in five minutes. I’m also not gonna be able to put my hair up for at least a month or I will look like will byers.Services: Haircut

I came in to get a quick haircut and the stylist Jamie took me straight back and did a wonderful job. She made me feel very comfortable and she chatted with me the entire time. She’s very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend her. She made my hair look so much better and she was very sweet. She made me feel good about myself.

Worst salon ever!! Even with an appointment made in advance there’s nothing like them calling 1/2 an hour before your scheduled time to inform you they are overbooked and can’t keep your appointment- especially when you are already on your way there and have a party that day. Very unprofessional / unreliable and won’t trust them again !!

Great salon! They have reasonable prices and the staff has always been very friendly from the front desk to the stylists. They always welcome you with a smile. I usually get wash,blow dry, and flat iron. Occasionally, ill get my ends trims. They always ask how much id like off and their recommendations on what to take off but its always my choice in the end. I have natural hair no relaxer for two years. I never had a bad stylist who didnt know how to work with my hair or say they wasnt sure about some thing they would ask me.

I went there they told me to come back at 1:30 so I came back. Waited another 15 minutes for them. Then they tell me that they can’t do it today. After they told me to stand there and wait all that time! This isn’t the only time. I went there before to go get my eyebrows done and they couldn’t do that either.

Kayla has been doing my husband and I’s hair for a year and a half now and she is outstanding! She knows exactly what she is doing and always makes sure we are happy with the final result! She is also so sweet and friendly and keeps the conversation flowing! 10/10 recommend her to anyone!
