They did a great job polishing and taking out the scratches on the Cross for my necklace! It looks so good again and I am so happy with how it turned out! Now it looks as good as the day when I first got it! Thank you Hannah and everyone else on the team for your help!

Hannah was so supportive! I lost a diamond out of my wedding band and needed prongs repaired on my engagement ring. Hannah was patient and answered all of my questions. Great service and great work from the jeweler to fix my rings!
Originally under a different name, Jacqueline’s Jewelry has been serving the Morgantown area since 2011. We formed out of a previous partnership in early 2015 to become our own, independent retailer. We are a family owned and operated business, all the way down to the name – Jacqueline Williams, owner Tom’s great aunt and godmother, is the store’s namesake.
