I was contacted by a realtor who assumed my needs dismissed me talked down to me in a very unprofessional condescending tone. And hung up on me even though I was never rude to him in return. My theory he just didn’t feel like working so he blew me off. I will never deal with Howard Hannah and will tell everyone not to deal with them.

Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. When a commercial representing Howard Hanna Real Estate nationwide came across my TV screen recently, I was shocked they could advertise such a lie that goes like this, "We can get you the most money in the quickest amount of time." A Howard Hanna real estate agent handled the sale of my home the summer of 2020 and referred me to the incompetent settlement agency Sure Settlement LLC. At closing I was given a choice of how I could receive my money from the house sale. I chose electronic bank transfer with terms of deposit within 24 hours. It took 3 days before I received a cent. Of course, Howard Hanna blamed Sure Settlement and Sure would only communicate with me via voicemail. They never answered my phone calls. My Howard Hanna Realtor said it was my fault. I told her that I depended on Howard Hanna for advice. I threatened to sue Howard Hanna and Sure Settlement. The Realtor told me off in not just one but two text messages. What an unprofessional way to treat a seller after this realtor got a double dipping commission of course. I am planning to buy another home but will never trust Howard Hanna to rep for me again. These people locally or nationally are awful to do business with even though they would have you believe otherwise based on their deceiving commercial. Sellers and buyers beware when doing business with this company! They don't care about you only their commission and brand name.

Highly recommend everything about Howard Hanna being a first time home buyer I want to give a shout out to Kent lowden my realtor who made my entire process so easy and was there to answer any questions I had and did not try and push the sale on me at all

Great experience and would highly recommend! Howard Hanna Myers sold our house quick and helped us buy our new one. Bless their souls because she was so patient! Always answered our random calls and texts from both my husband and I with questions at any time in the day (or night). When I called in a panic to see a house one morning, the day it hit the market, they were already on it! I called, very excited and before I could say anything they said "I already arranged the tour!" That's service! Knew what we were looking for and stayed on top of the game to find us our perfect house. If you are looking for someone who doesn't treat you like a dollar figure, listens, is down to earth, kind, honest, and cares about your happiness, call them.
