Bryan was my savior today and came to my rescue when my car needed towed. He arrived in a timely manner graciously took me to my home and the best of all was
my cell phone fell out of my pocket and went behind his seat, and I didn't realize it until I was in my house that my phone was missing. After he took my car to Lenharts in Irwin, he heard the phone beeping and most considerately brought it to my door. In my opinion Bryan'sthe best , the service was the best ,and your company is the best!!!? Yea Bryan!

Aden came when I called AAA and he was very professional and thorough. There was a glitch in our membership records and he was more than pleasant about it and took the added work in stride. I would call them again for sure.

Horrible customer service. They wouldn’t tow my car off the Turnpike because “they weren’t allowed to tow from the turnpike.” I called *11 and they told me Full Throttle Towing were in no way restricted from towing cars off the Turnpike. They just didn’t want to. They didn’t want to pay the tolls. Which is funny considering how high their prices are, they can definitely afford an EZ pass. Despicable.

Got a tow through AAA today and it ended up being these guys. The driver was quick and efficient. Made it to me in just over half an hour, which for a tow is great timing. My car is really low and he took the time to make sure it didn't scrape getting it up on the truck. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you again!

If you are a AAA roadside assistance customer in Morgantown Wv then you will probably get your request cancelled multiple times before someone shows up to tow you and plus the younger boy who does the tire changes doesn't really know how to do his job yet since he's only been working for them a month

My driver was Cody and he had to drive me 55 miles ( give or take) home at 2am! My son works at a casino and had my car that had a bad strut. I got a ride to meet them at the car and I was 15 min late showing up. Cody was very polite and professional! We had a nice chat and when we got back to my home he didn't drop the car on the side of the road but made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. He went above and beyond his job and was excellent service and company. I felt very comfortable and safe riding home with him! I truly appreciate his help in my time of need!

Whoever was driving their truck down 70 was on my bumper pretty much and almost causing accidents. You would think that if you're running a business you wouldn't be driving that way in a truck that's plastered with the company name all over it. To know that I was going 80 mph already...
