Will never visit the Uniontown location again!!! I went in wanting a platinum hair color, showed a picture to the stylist of what I wanted she said no problem. I left with a grayish purple tint to my hair and my ends and roots were still my original yellow blonde. When I pointed it out to the stylist she told me " it's the lighting go home and wash it a few times" Seriously? So I paid and left. And I washed my hair 6 times still grayish purple now with a hint of green. A week later I went to another salon to get it fixed. They pointed out all the mistakes that were made. Like not leaving the bleach on the roots long enough, using the wrong toner and leavinh it on my hair too long. I guess when the stylist said "uh oh" after she rinsed my hair it should have been my first clue. I should have went back and demanded a refund but I wasn't even messing with it , honestly I was too afraid to let anyone there touch my hair again. Thankfully the stylist at the salon I went to a week later knew exactly what she was doing.

Went in to get a cut, told the girl exactly what I wanted and had a picture. 10 minutes in I questioned her about the length, she was cutting it very short. When I questioned her again, she got very rude, the manager came over. The manager apologized because there was nothing left to do by then. So half of my head is approximately 1/4 inch in length. They didn't charge me and the manager was sorry, but that doesn't excuse what the supposed stylist did.

I asked for the top of my hair trimmed and she trimmed it DRY! She didn't use any type of liquid to get my hair even the slightest bit wet. After she "trimmed the top" she then took the clippers to the top of my head and did I'm not sure what. My hair is very uneven and I am very very disappointed. The lady was more worried about getting her shift done and over with and talking to her friends, laughing rather than doing the right thing for her clients.

One of the worst haircuts that I have ever received. I usually go here and it's good but I had a new lady today and it was horrible.

First time at this facility I walked in And received fast service and wonderful service at a price that was unbelievably reasonable I am very happy and will be going back it is not easy to find people that give such a service with great quality thank you very much

I LOVE going here for myself and all of my family. We all get our hair cut here and the women are AMAZING ❗ They're all so polite and funny and they always do an amazing job. The management is also excellent!!!! I'd definitely recommend this salon ?Service: Haircut

very disappointed with this salon. Stylist used her "pointy" fingernail to part my hair. The chair wasn't cleaned from previous client's hair, the stylist didn't cut my hair the way I asked (showed her my hair cut from previous cut) and the stylists literally yelled back and forth to each other.The worst part, I was donating my hair to Wigs For Kids. The stylist said she'd put it in ponytails but i had to mail them. I was ok with that till i looked at Wigs For Kids website and it plainly stated that there should be gumbands on the ponytail 2-3 inches apart. She put one on the cut end.The floor also was not swept after the previous customer either. You'd think with all the precautions brought about by Covid, they'd pay closer attention to details.Sorry Uniontown Fantastic Sam's, I don't remember the stylists name (she never gave it), but i won't be back any time soon.Service: Haircut
