“Sephora is no longer at this location. Bummed. They have their own beauty line there but that wasn't what I was looking for. Decent sale prices on shoes otherwise they are pricey. Usually nice sales in clothing.”

Kacie and Barb the manager were so very patient and kind. They took the time to figure it out. I am so grateful for their help. It is very clear that Barb sets a high standard for customer satisfaction in that location. It is also very clear that while Kacie is a newer employee, she has very quickly adapted to the excellence in standards set by Barb. Casey showed great humility that not many young women her age have today. Barb taught her today just how important customer satisfaction is and it was just wonderful to see.
