Customer service is so horrible. I am in town for a business trip for 16 weeks and let me say. I only stayed a week. Rooms are not choice clean promise. No one is ever at the desk and you have to call the front desk in order to get someone to even come around to the desk. I asked if I can checkout at 2 and she says no so fast and then says the room service already has their clip board. I then asked if I can cancel my future stays and she says I’ll have to go through work. But yet I can’t go through work cause I book it myself. Choice needs to pull the name off this building.

Horrible from the start. I been less disgusted in a motel. Rooms dirty, chair duck taped all over, couch stained everywhere. You could tell nobody vacuums or at least more then 2 minutes. We got there and they put us as a no show for checking in late at night because of our flight. Then rebooked us and didn't refund the original amount. Didn't clean my room once in 6 days. Every time I asked for towels they would give 1. The phone didn't even work to call. If you go to the front desk nobody is even there.
I really don't write reviews but I don't want anyone going through this. I feel like they should have paid me to stay here.

The place was conveniently located and perfect for my needs. Very clean friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good, too bad. That you ran out of waffles before. I got my second breakfast.

I've stayed in multiple hotels over the years while visiting family in the area and this is hands down the best for your money. The room was large, comfortable bed, there was a hot breakfast and nice pool. Will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

This is a sham of a hotel and gives choice hotels brand a bad name. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. When the room was booked, there was a no cancellation fee if you cancelled 24 hours before check in date. I unfortunately had to cancel well before 24 hours and now they refuse to refund the room rate because they "have no money". The person (the MANAGER) I spoke to was horrible and rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

First room we checked into was unmade. Dirty sheets on the floor, bed unmade, food everywhere. Several of the team rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Manager was great though and helped us find appropriate rooms. This started a snowball effect on the other teams though. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the

This is our free (after points) room at the Comfort Suites [and Casino-- er, Skill Game Parlor] in Uniontown, PA. It's between Bob Evans and Chili's. The chair and wall were like that when we came in. The hotel is short-staffed. The staff does everything, but there aren't enough of them. They don't know whether the pool is heated or not. It turns out they are waiting for a part to come in so they can fix the heat in the pool. They started a load of towels that takes an hour to complete.The staff was polite and friendly, and tried to be helpful.Rooms: The chair in our room was beat up and partially torn when we got in. 50% of the chairs are like that. They will get new chairs in January, supposedly. There was also a hole in the wall that was patched in sloppily. There was a very small discrepancy with wall outlets. I noticed part of the bathtub was chipped away, and the bathtub plug would not stay up during my shower.There was supposed to be a divider in the suite. It was very partial, and we could hear each other snore.Not worth the price, I would say.Walkability: It's within walking distance of a Bob Evans and a Chili's. Very nice.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is good. Well, it’s decent. Cinnamon roll flavored waffle batter (supposedly the best flavor). The waffles seemed a bit off. The scrambled eggs and cheese omelets were frozen but tasted fine. We ran out of cranberry juice cocktail on Sunday, but the staff member was quick to replace it.I never got the chance to enjoy their lemon-infused water (standard to all Choice hotels). They put it out at 3pm (check-in time), but they must run out quickly.Noteworthy details: They ought to change the name to Comfort Suites and Casino. There were slot machin-- er, "skill games" in the lobby. They seem to be out of place in a Pittsburgh market hotel. I haven't been in Pennsylvania in decades, so I couldn't be certain.The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but there wasn't much they could do. Front desk staff was helping with the breakfast and the cleaning. They have had some shortages, and many people calling in sick, God bless them. We must have come on an extremely off weekend. Decided to give them three stars for that as opposed to two.

Went into town for my 40 class reunion. Booked a room at another place it was NOT FIT FOR HUMANS!!!I left to seek out another place last minute, wow the service was great from check in to how clean the room was all the way to breakfast better than most more of a selection.So if you are looking for a clean place to rest your head this is the place. I will be back when I'm in town.Thanks for making my stay a great one.Rooms: My whole room was clean, you know how it is being away from home you don't sleep well, well I did sleep well.

The front desk woman was friendly and smiled. She thanked me for being a rewards member. The halls were trashy and the rugs were stained. The elevator floor and walls were dirty. Noticed the cleaning cart in the hall at 8:45pm and thought that was odd, so late. The room was nicely large. The shower was huge, but had buildup on the floor. The half wall beside the bed was marred. The bed was firm and actually slept well. The breakfast was marginal. There wasn’t any meat options when we arrived at 9am and the eggs were powdered. Check out was a breeze. This hotel needs a refresh and better housekeeping.

When we arrived at around 4p on 9/3/23, we checked in and were given our room location. We proceeded to the room to find open trash bags full of trash on each bed, trash on the desk, and around the coffee/microwave area. We returned to the front desk to alert the employee of our findings who simply said, "oh." She physically went to the new room to ensure it was ready for guests. She came back, gave us new keys and said, "sorry." The new room was not much better but at least there was no trash on the beds. The desk chair was shredded, the drawer to the dresser was taped shut with electrical tape and the shower was not totally clean. My companion's bedsheet had a big stain.The next day we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the breakfast area. We planned to shower and checkout but it in midst of that, I became very ill delaying our departure. My friend tried calling the front desk to alert them of the delay as it was about 10:40a with checkout at 11a. She tried several times to reach someone but after letting it ring 20 times, she decided to go to the front desk. There was a sign at the desk saying the employee was away helping another guest. She came back to the room assist me in my illness. The front desk called at 11:19a asking if we wanted to extend our stay or check out. My friend explained my condition and that I wasn't quite ready to go. The employee stated checkout is at 11a and the best she could do was 12p. That was all we were asking for but it was the way it was presented, almost like she would have to move mountains to allow me a bit of time to get to s place where I could travel without throwing up all over the place. We stopped by the front desk to drop off the keys and my friend said that she thought the employee's attitude regarding the late departure was a bit inappropriate as this was an unusual situation calling for a little compassion. She further explained she'd tried to call prior to 11a to report the delay but couldn't get anyone on the phone or in person. The employee stated that the phone had been in her hand the whole time and it hadn't rang once. Very accusatory and disrespectful. They seemed very eager to get rid of us but were not ready for us the day before at 4p, an hour after check in. We will definitely never return to this location again.

Have had really good stays here for work. Any problems with the rooms have been taken care of professionally. Rooms have been nice and clean.
