I stopped in wanting to get my battery in my 2016 GMC Sierra tested. As I believe it was the original battery and I couldn't find anything drawing from the battery causing it to go dead overnight. Dave tested the battery with me. We determined it was indeed the original and was long past it's due date.
Dave was amazing and helped me compare batteries and even helped me install it. Man was it a pain with the darn GMC positioning of things. Crammed up near the firewall. Dave didn't care he helped me and saved me so much hassle. Greatly appreciate him! He deserves a raise! Such a nice guy.

Alexis and Chris were great. After my car wouldn't restart in the parking lot, they were hospitable and helped to troubleshoot the problem. Eventually called AAA for a tow, but they tried again and were able to get the car restarted. Very glad to have been able to drive home that night!

This store has really great staff. Dave went further out if his way to assist me than anyone could have expected. He really helped me out a bad situation, and it shows how much he cares about the customers and their experiences with AutoZone. Couldn't be happier, and I couldn't recommend this store enough! Needed brakes and rotors for Nissan Titan the Duralast Gold brand and they had the brakes but not the rotors. I asked if any stores in Morgantown area had and they said NO but they could order them in from Pittsburgh and have them the next morning. Picked the rotors up next am and when I went to change the brakes the brakes and the rotors were the wrong ones. I then called store in Sabraton WV and they had the correct parts at the autozone there. Which is what I asked the store in Uniontown. I returned the other parts from Uniontown and got the correct parts in Sabraton Wv store.Very frustrating when a parts store cannot give you the correct parts and you don’t k ow it until you go and do the work. Then you spend more time retuning parts then the job takes. I will not be using this store as it seems they do not know how to look up and give you the correct parts. Not only that I had to wait a day and they wasted the people’s time getting in the wrong rotors from Pittsburgh. May go to NAPA in the future to see if they know what they are doing.

Terrible customer service. Ya call in and tell them you're coming for a part and ya get there and it's not even pulled yet, the workers under this "Manager" scoffed at it/her for not having it pulled already nixing protocol. You're in a position that SERVES people, not anything else, your jobs too much ? Let someone MORE QUALIFIED do what you were supposed to do.

I needed a new battery for my car. Alfred was so nice . He installed my battery and found out that he went to Penn State back in the day. Thanks he made my day. Heading to the Penn State.
