Greg was very polite and great to deal with! He got my parents the car they wanted without hesitation. We drove 1.5 hours to get it. That itself says alot! Thanks Greg and the other employees for your kindness and hospitality while we were there!

They treat you like family… until they don’t…
TL;DR: Auto Land’s mistake resulted in me paying more than my agreed lease amount, and they couldn’t care less. I will never do business with them again.
Auto Land Hyundai messed up the math on my lease agreement, which resulted in higher payments per month than what was on my signed agreement. I spent hours on the phone with both Hyundai Motor Finance and AutoLand to try and figure it out. Wayne Schneider at Auto Land was very supportive and helpful right up until the point when we realized it was Auto Land’s mistake and not Hyundai’s. Although, Wayne made a pitiful attempt to shift blame even then, saying “the bank should’ve caught it.”
The tone shifted quickly from “that’s not right, you should be paying the amount on your signed agreement” to “well, it’s only a few extra dollars”. I was told that I should be grateful to Auto Land because they put me in such a nice car at a great price; basically acting like they did me a favor and I should just forget about the fact that they screwed me out of more money by messing up the math on their end.
When I said that I didn’t think it was right for them to use the deal we made up front to make up for a mistake they made in back, Wayne essentially said “well, what I’m saying is maybe we don’t make that deal” whatever that means.
I asked if they’d throw in some floor mats or something to make up for the error (which I thought was a fair ask considering the extra money I’d be paying over the course of the lease, coupled with the couple of hours I spent on the phone with Hyundai). I was told “we aren’t sending you anything.”
I returned to Auto Land at the end of my previous lease because I enjoyed working with Kelley Clark and had such a great experience last time. And honestly, I had a great experience with Kelley again this time, and I AM very grateful for the deal/vehicle I left with. After two great sales experiences, I was set to be a customer for life. But now, after the apathetic response they’ve had to their mistake, I’ll find somewhere else to do business with at the end of this lease.
Auto Land’s whole schtick is “we treat you like family” and I guess they do… they just don’t tell you that it’s the kind of family that doesn’t own up to their mistakes and pretends they don’t know you when they owe you money. I can almost guarantee that if there was a mistake on my end that resulted in them losing even a couple of dollars, they’d be calling me every day.
This mistake was entirely Auto Land’s, and yet… I’m the one paying for it. Regardless of the amount, whether it’s “just a few dollars” or not, causing a customer to lose ANY money is unacceptable. But Wayne Schneider and Auto Land seemingly couldn’t care less. So, they’ve lost a loyal customer and I’ll tell everyone I can about this experience.

AutoLand Hyundai of Uniontown is an exceptional place to do business. Everyone from the owner to the salespeople to the service consultants and technicians have the utmost desire to please their customers. The service department consultants explain what services are appropriate for your car. If the service will take a long time, they offer you a ride home, and a return ride to the dealership to pick up your vehicle. I thought that was commendable. Not every business offers that service to the customer.

I post a negative review and to let everyone no the responded with a public apology. Liars never called. I called them and asked to speak to manager said he would call back never did. It's going on 4 weeks, never looked at car, lost a job . This is how they take care of repeat buyers. I have bought 2 family members 4. I will end on a positive,, lesson of day not to buy another car here again

They were a 5 but no longer. I have purchased 2 new cars from them as well as family members. My Tuscan broke down and under warranty and it's been 2 weeks without roadside assistance car rental. Going to be at least 3 more weeks before I get offered a rental. I lost my job because I don't have a vehicle.

If anyone asks me where to go for buying, leasing, trading-in or having work done on their car - I always recommend Auto Land Hyundai of Uniontown. As a child, my parents always purchased their vehicles here. Then when it was my time to purchase a vehicle, I went here and received exceptional service. Any time my vehicle needed anything, I knew I could trust them. Went through a seriously unfortunate incident and they took care of me. What should have been unbelievably stressful - was not. Cannot say enough good things about them! I know how difficult it can be to find a trustworthy dealership.. in general, they are often talked about in a negative way. I can't imagine this company having that connotation. Keep them in mind with all your car needs!
