Don’t get get a money order!! Cost if you have an inquiry to where it is. Which was purchased and sent 8/26, but never was received at the destination. No sure about getting refund. Didn’t understand, but could take 60 days. Very poor system

These postal works have stolen my mail and refused to deliver it even after I moved the postbox. I am filing a lawsuit against this postmaster they are corrupt and ignorant.

Asked mail carrier for my package today I just moved to union city estates recently an do not have an updated I’d yet the mail carrier was very ignorant,rude,disrespectful an not professional towards me at all!!! I do not have a vehicle either so having to find a ride to post office to pick up my packages is not very convenient at all either! This mail carrier needs to learn how treat people better for real I had the key for my mail box an even opened it showing him I live there but wasn’t good enough for him so now I’m stuck finding a ride everyday this week too to recieve my packages ? I am not happy at all l!!!

One of the rudest people I have ever experienced, Stacy the post master. I went in with questions being polite saying please and thank you. Neither employee Greeted me asking what I needed today. Just stood there giving me dirty looks. I felt like I was in the wrong for going to my towns local post office to send out a package. I work in customer service, I understand bad days. But this was uncalled for I showed up in a good mood and did nothing wrong. She should NOT be allowed to deal with people EVER. This is my 3rd experience with this lady.... this one put me over the top which is why I am writing this review. There is a reason this post office only has 2 stars. I’m honestly surprised it has that many.

The Front office lady is very rude, she wasn't helpful at all when I asked simples questions. she wouldn't even let me use tape for my small box. I come here every week and she’s always very disrespectful towards me and others.

Mail carrier is nice, lady at the desk really blew my mind. She wasn't helpful at all, rude, had no answers for me except "nope" wouldn't even give me a piece of tape for my package. Really?? Can I have a piece of tape at least? "Nope" what? "Nope, especially since it's not being shipped here" like okay glad all the money I pay in taxes doesn't even get me one piece of tape
