Highly recommend Jess, she knew better than I did on what I wanted for color. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful!!! She does a great job listening to exactly what you want and making it happen.

it took 5 hours to do two sets of acrylic. I paid 120$ and the fell off not even 24 hours later. They also would not give me a refund

I recently went for a color and I am extremely happy with the results. Ask for Jess, she is very talented with color and knows exactly how to get you the effect you are looking for. I highly recommend her.

I just got my hair cut an hour ago here. I would never hand out a 1 star review, but heres one among a multitude of reasons. The lady with the purple hair that cut my hair, she was performing a men’s haircut. The lady with the purple hair took 2 hours to fade a back and side. And to trim two or possibly 3 inches of hair off. She must have been making an attempt at being fine tuning a haircut. Well… let’s just say, I came out looking she slowly lowered my head jussssst enough to get hair cut in a garbage disposal. The lady with the purple hair made a valiant attempt of trying to cut hair. She had to ask for assistance multiple times (at least 3 times). Her main topic of concern was “ blending”. I can say she must have been taking those jagged safety scissors for construction paper. I should have taken the initiative as a disappointed patron to get my butt out of the seat. I would suggest that if the lady with the purple hair wasn’t licensed… She needs to be licensed . I am extremely disappointed. ( this was NOT chris) I like Chris, shes cool.

I was hoping to be able to do a walk in appointment, and I was able to do just that.
I showed the hairdresser a couple pictures of what I wanted. She did not disappoint! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, AND it only cost $32!!!

Absolutely horrible! A stylist is supposed to listen to their clients’ request, but Brandon does whatever he wants to. Went in asking for a fade on the lower half and for the top, which is being grown out, to be left untouched. But Brandon decided to hack more than half off the top with the first cut, after repeatedly reiterating that the top not be changed. Yet he still expected full payment after ruining the haircut! And this was a haircut for a wedding! Never going here again!!!

Horrible!! Stylist Brandon does whatever he wants to do rather than listening to what his client wants. Went in asking for a fade on the lower half and to not touch the top (been growing it out). Brandon proceeded to just buzz, not fade, the lower half and cut half the top off!!! Then expected full payment for such a screw up. And the haircut was supposed to be for a wedding. He may teach at a certain stylist school, but that obviously doesn't mean he knows what he's actually doing.

Took myself and my granddaughters to get our nails done. Wish I hadn't. I can't afford to pay for good manicures let alone bad ones. Within 2 hours my 12 year olds nails were peeling and she wasn't even doing anything and within 1 week my gel polish was chipping. And I have a helper who does all of my cleaning. I did call the next morning about my granddaughters nails and they did repaint them. But they were not apologetic at all that, I, an elderly disabled person had to come back to fix the problem. And I only gave 1 star cause it won't allow me to give zero.

I've patronized this salon for several years. I believe in supporting small businesses in our community. The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly & relaxing. The stylists are professional, experienced & go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. A special shout to Hazel! A few things could be improved for overall customer satisfaction- the customer loyalty program was discontinued without notice (my card is full & I was advised it would not be validated), the senior discount on Wednesdays was discontinued after I began scheduling on Wed. I received the discount 1 time, to add a tip to a card transaction will cost you an additional 3%, the exact service I got about 2 months ago went up $10.00Somewhat disappointing to a loyal customer.

My boyfriend called last minute to make me an appointment right before they closed, and they fit me in with no hesitation. Paige cut my hair and did an amazing job! Not alot of people know how to properly cut womens hair when it's short and she did awesome!! I was nervous going in because of previous botched hair cuts from other places but she took my appointment without hesitation and approached the hair cut in such a way that made all my nerves go to the wind. I walked outta there feeling very sheek. She is also great with recommending different hair products and was able to answer any question I had about the different ones that were displayed at the discount table. Paige never hesitated the whole time. I got the impression that she was just starting there (not sure if it's true) so it's pretty darn amazing someone so new knew so much! And gave me a stellar cut! Anyway, she rocks, the place rocks... very cool atmosphere, laid back. I believe I met the new manager and she seemed pretty cool. Also they have a really cool chair for toddlers to sit in for hair cuts so male sure you ask for the race car chair if ya have littles. Im taking my boys, 20 months and 4, in their next weekend for a trim. So they also cut hair for the whole family!! Great place and it was fun to brag about my experience there!
