Carol and Ed are wonderful hosts and provide a great breakfast in the morning. The location is great if you don't need to be near Coudersport, but even if you do, it's only about 15 minutes away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it's a beautiful setting.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! quiet, good food and really good people! Had a problem with one of our motorcycles and Ed offered his help really appreciated it..Beautiful property under the stars! Thank you..
