What a lovely place! Ken was a great host and treated as to the most scrumptious breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet clean b&b.

We loved the house, it was so beautiful and rustic with all kinds of adornments and antiques. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. And the food was really amazing. The hosts make sure you’re taken care of before, during, and after your meal. They’re so nice and personable and graciously accommodated our late arrival due to our long traveling time and went our of their way to make us feel welcomed. They are located minutes from food, Amish shops, thrift shops, and bars so there’s something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe this enchanting little gem in the historic town of Vicksburg! While other B&Bs in the area boast of mansions from the 1800’s, this is an immaculately decorated Craftsman-style, Mission home. Cozy, yet sprawling. Comfortable and airy, a delight and wonderful change of pace! Elizabeth is the perfect host as she modestly tells you about how they fell in love with the property and carefully restored this home. The early 19th century furnishings with modern touches blend well together and you feel very pampered. Turkish towels, bed linens and mattress of the finest quality. You do NOT feel like you’re in a hotel, but rather staying with good friends in their lovingly renovated home. Breakfast boasted so many choices that it was difficult to choose! The huge porches let you sit and enjoy the evening breeze as you hear only birds in this quiet neighborhood. We can’t say we were disappointed by anything. Just a wonderful, quiet and relaxing place to stay. We WILL be back!

We stayed at Oak Hall from May 26-May 29, 2023 for a wedding that I was conducting in the area. Ken and Marcie were more than accommodating to my family, making sure that we were fed well for breakfast (including my two children with allergies to tomato and eggs!). We had a connected suite for two of my children, and we had another room with a full bathroom for my other two kids at the end of one of the wings of the house. This is a wonderful place to just relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life. If you are looking for a central place to experience upstate Pennsylvania, this should be the place that you aim for!
