The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.

When I called to check on my mail which was three forwarded starting on November 21st the postal postmaster was very rude because I talked to ask about my mail and I had not received mail for 3 weeks and she told me that I was lucky if I even received one piece of mail. She told me we are very understaffed and you'll get your mail at some time later. It is now been 6 weeks and I received mail two times. Very rude very poor service. The other ladies working at the counter are very very nice and courteous I like the postmaster at this Turtle Creek location

A few issues that seem to recur when the manager/post master (I think shes usually in the office to the side?) gets behind the counter. Ive had issues with incorrectly entered package insurance (think $2 coverage when I said the item was worth $200). The regular blonde clerk is helpful, so maybe it's just that someone who isnt always at the counter gets a bit our of practice?

They delivered my package at my front door?!? At 245 on Monday? It was pouring down rain, nobody was home to sign, and I never received it! What's up with that? If you do put it the and Even if it wasn't pouring, why would you leave a package outside anyone's door in turtle creek?! I'm beyond angry
