116 Grant St, Turtle Creek“Easy to get via I-376; plenty of parking; service prompt, informative, and friendly. My package arrived on time and promptly. I'll definitely use this service again.”
“It was a very present place and the worker that I encountered was knowledgeable as to what it was I was asking about and helpful so yes I would recommend the post office most post office in fact all the post offices that I have ever visited have been very helpful and the workers were very congenial thank you”
“I agree with other comments saying that it's the best postal office with friendliest and most helpful staff. I have been using this postal office for many years and never had a single unpleasant moment. They all are helpful, kind and friendly. Once I left my cellphone at the counter and they kept it for me :)I always feel positive and pleasant every time I visit there. Just watching them how nicely they treated to elderlies and helping them made me felt wholesome even in the busy hours at the post-office.Thank you all!”

Shouts out to the staff for your help!”
“USPS employee, Alex, was super helpful and efficient with getting my passport paperwork and photo submitted. Easy to make an appointment and knowledgeable staff!”

335 Butler St, Pittsburgh“Envelopes of all sizes. Packages as standard rates or priority with insurance available and also tracking. Most reliable shipping services across the country. I always trust them with my mail. You can get your passport application here and also get your picture taken for it and they will help guide you through the entire process.”
“I don’t know who writes a review for a post office but apparently I am now that person. I just felt like I had to come here to say that the folks who work in this post office are the sweetest and most patient people. Every time I go they are always just so genuinely nice and go out of their way to be helpful.”
“I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.”

186 42nd St, Pittsburgh“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. Thanks for all your years of dedicated service and the parting bear hug. I truly will miss you. Peace, Phoenix Boutique.”
8:30AM - 4PM
620 Allegheny River Blvd, Verona“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
“In search of a post office near me or on the way to work that was open before I had to start work. I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”
“staff has always been friendly and professional, and even with long lines they tend to move people through efficiently. that said, i tried to drop off a package this morning, waited towards the back of a line outside for several minutes, and when they still weren’t open at 8:40 i had to leave so i wouldn’t end up late for work. i’m not saying this to be vindictive or to shame them or whatever, stuff happens, just to share that you might be wasting your time if you arrive at 8:30 on the dot”
“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”
