When I told John I could still drive it but it was a pain to have to climb through the passenger side, he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate quicker. They kept me up to date on the repairs and I got my car back better than ever! He even found someone to fix the tint on the front window. And they cleaned my car so well, it had that clean-car smell for weeks. I hope I don’t have to go back any time soon but if I do, I’d definitely bring my car back here!”

I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. “I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”

Bruce was very welcoming and introduced me to Joe who would be working on the car. In 3 days it was ready, running like a top! The cost was VERY reasonable. You have got to try this place, it is a hidden gem.”

“INCREDIBLE shop: complete price transparency, respected me even though I'm a 20s woman with no car knowledge, very old-school and cash only.My beloved 2005 with only 60k miles got hit-and-ran which took out my side mirror and scratched her side up. Other companies I contacted wouldn't touch the car because of her age. Petraglia gave me advice about whether or not to use my insurance, if it was worth my buck fixing the scratches, and they were able to see my car and order parts day-of-contact. It's now fixed less than a week later.It's definitely an old-school shop where all business is done using paper and pen. They called for parts and gave me a set price for parts and labor during our first meet-up. A few days later they called me in to put the mirror on. Because I didn't know about the cash policy and didn't have a check, they even trusted me enough to drive away and grab cash with no strings. There aren't family businesses like this anymore.I'll be recommending Petraglia to everyone I know from here on. Everyone, especially young women, should go here for car support.”

“On the highway, I picked up a stray bungee cord in my left rear tire, and it came along for the ride, battering the left rear exterior, until I could get stopped, and caused what looked like considerable damage. I called Valley Honda, and Bill and his team quickly scheduled me for an estimate, quickly provided a reasonable estimate, and worked with me to get the vehicle in and repaired according to our schedules. Once I got it to them, the team did a fantastic job doing the repairs (which included parts and paint) in a very short time, and then worked with me, according to my schedule, to get me back in the driver's seat : ) My previously battered vehicle looks new again!”
