Amazing post office. I moved to Scranton over a year ago, but will drive the 45 minutes just to send out my packages here. Staff is super welcoming and patient with those who either get something wrong or have never sent out a package before. Super informative and helpful. Excellent place to go to if you have anxiety.

No customer service available via telephone and "lost" a package of items of my deceased brother that is completly irreplaceable. Great job Tunkhannock usps!

The prices are getting out of control but the service is good in tunkhannock. Also my mail carrier took some packages from me to save me a trip to the po so that was nice. She didn't have to.

Love this Post Office located in the County Seat, where they've kept the antique brass mail boxes. Old School Cool!

Doesn’t seem as though I get mail on certain days! I live right in town where the deliver on foot! Instead of them bringing certified mail for me to sign for I always get slips to pick up at post office or told they will bring it the next day! They usually tell me that for at least 2-3 days!

Small town post office. I have no complaints. Once, when a package I overnighted to Colorado was 2 days late, the woman on the phone was very helpful and ensured everything was in order to refund me the day I called to ask about it. Parking can be a little tough if it's really busy, but I can't hold that against the PO itself.

Good normal post office. It is small but there are supplies and plenty of parking. I was in and out in <5 minutes to mail a book. I found the service fine and it was as I expect from a post office.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Rude employees. Always issues. Today I tried to pick up a package held there by UPS. Was told I cant pick it up...I have to wait for it to be delivered. Im standing there with my government ID drivers license and my package is right behind the employee, but they cant give me it because, and I quote, "Then theyd have to just hand out packages to anyone who comes in here" Ummm...pretty sure thats YOUR JOB. Avoid going here if at all possible.

Well my main complaint is the one woman who works there with the curly short hair (I can't remember her name) is always very rude to me and would never look up packages when I came in. I had a package that should have been delivered a week ago but I had not received it. So i went to the post office to see if they could track it or maybe they had it there but did not leave a slip for it in my mail box. When i gave her the tracking number, she said "I cannot look it up by this number" even tho I used it when the packaged first shipped online. No matter what i told her, such as that i had used the number in the past, she would not even attempt to use the number in her computer to even see if it would work or not. Back when i first moved to tunkhannock, my roommate and i were not getting our mail. So I went to the post office to see if they were holding it for some reason, same woman as above came to the window and i explained that we were not getting our mail and was wondering if it was at the post office for some reason. She never even checked to see if there was any mail. all she did was instantly respond "If we had any of your mail, it would have been delivered to you." Not even asking for my name or address, just said no. And just recently I had my mail forwarded to my new residence and instead of sending my mail to my new home, they started to send my mail back to the senders! Extremely pissed about that one! the Other bit is just rude employees!
