We had a problem with our RV.
Stopped in to see if they could take a look at it. They found the problem fixed it and also went out of their way and replaced other things. This is a GREAT shop . Friendly and awesome service!

The guys and gals at Tunkhannock Sherwood are the absolute best. Gary and Brooke are always on top of everything. I cringe at the thought of taking my truck to any other dealer.

This place is a complete rip off. After having the truck for 7 days and fixing everything that was not really needed. A 3600 bill left out and broke down 50 miles later, called and they wouldn't even help get the truck 4 miles to their other shop. Come to find out it was a fuel filter which they stated they had checked and all was good. Horrible place to to. Like the other person stated if you value your money don't go here they are a rip off!

Walked in on shop closing time on a Saturday.I had Fifth Wheel issue.MR Gary and his team pulled my truck in and get it fixed right away.Assembled fifth wheel back together and tested it and greased.They did not charge me money(free service). Amazing team,I will definitely recommend this shop to all truckers.Thank you very much

Went in for a trailer inspection. The people were all very friendly, especially the young lady at the service desk and the mechanic that did the inspection. I did not know they did inspections like this because they are a large truck shop. I will definitely use them again.

I had oil leak and Rick was my guy who got in and got it done within 36hrs even though he was pretty backed up for 2 week. Nice experience, professional. All I can say Thanks for getting me back on the road

After dealing with M and K Mack in Dunmore and being ripped off by then it is such a fresh of breath air to deal with a dealership that when I walked away I have a smile on my face and feel great about the service I received and wasn't overcharged for anything I've already done repeat business with this place and will continue to do more hopefully when I'm ready to buy my next truck they will be the dealer to sell it to me but that's a little ways in the future with the truck prices the way they are or just going to wait

I am from Connecticut and I drive to this location because they do there at most best to get your truck up and running, they are always pleasant on the phone and in the shop they keep it 100% with you about your situation and will answer your questions in a direct manner.Unlike other Freightliner franchise I have been in the past,they are respectful to every customer and don’t give an attitude. They endeavor to make your experience at the location a good one which the most important thing in the customer service industry. Good experience in life is what everyone hope to have.

Expert mechanics Gary and his crew took on my 1991 motorhome and when I drove it there it needed extensive engine work and suspension work which no one in our area would try to accomplish. These experts accepted the mission and when I drove away from there it ran like new again. My thanks to the professional freightliner crew from me and my family. Looking forward to our first trip.
