Let me just say , I'm old , I've been going to dealerships for years and you can see how bad things have changed over the years. I love Sherwoods but I only have one thing I want to complain about . The service writers. I've only dealt with two of them. The young kid , always looks like a deer in headlights, has not a damn clue what is going on, and is actually ignorant as a MF. The older skinny skeleton looking man is nice I'd say . But his brains are gone , still in Vietnam or Woodstock. Somewhere. It just amazes me that dealerships hire people that are required to interact with people but are miserable about it , like you chose to work there so don't be a snot

Got a phone call yesterday from the service department to tell me they would not honor the extended warranty on my 2015 Tahoe because it didn't come from them. I literally live right next door to this dealership, and you're going to tell me you won't work on my Tahoe because I didn't purchase my extended warranty from you?? Cmon now!! Also they won't put brake parts on that you did not get from them. Needless to say...when I am in the market for a new GM vehicle I will not be purchasing from these guys.
