5 stars for having the best selection and best organized Salvation Army I've been to in NEPA. I'm confused by some of the reviews- of course there's a weird smell and some of the workers are grouchy. It's Salvation Army lol. I've never been to one where that wasn't true! But they keep their books nicely organized, best maternity selection I've seen (although still small), and often alot of nice finds.

Although the store is nice I'm giving 1 star because of the miserable older lady that's employed there that yelled at my grandsons for touching a doll house that was in the toy section that I WAS going to purchase. Instead we put all the items we were going to buy back and left the store with nothing. Won't go here again.

This is a smaller size than some of the other locations, but I almost always find something to love here. The staff is friendly and they make the shopping experience a pleasant one.

I like keeping things out of the landfill and saving tons of money! Why throw away things that still have a lot of life left? It's so much fun to repurpase things and be creative!

Was in the Tunkhannock Pa. store today. I am a frequent customer. There was a collection of dishes, many various pieces, of which I collect. The price was for all of the pieces,$89.99. There were some pieces that I needed for my collection, not all of them. I asked if I could buy what I needed but was told it was all or nothing. I explained to the salesperson my situation and she said I could only buy them all and donate back what I didn’t want. I was very disappointed. Ninety dollars is a lot of money to me, I thought as a good repeat customer I could have been allowed to buy what I needed. No loss to the store!! Don’t know that I will be going back anytime soon. Made me sad.

Honestly some of the items if not mist of them seemed to price rather high some of the clothes smell like human urine.. or they're just down right Filthy.. Yes I do understand that you should washes everything that your buying .This store has a problem with over marking the items ..
