I had my car towed 200 miles from Rochester to PA. When tow guy was an hour out, he was supposed to let me know, as I was an hour away from drop off point. I had ZERO communication with tow guy day of tow. They were supposed to call me day of, and an hour before arrival. I didnt speak to anyone day of.......I had no clue when they would arrive, so we headed out to sit and wait. When we pulled up to drop off location, he was there unloading my car. I said, "you were supposed to call me an hour out" he said, "I dont know nothing about that." Back tire was flat, I thought he would have added air. He instead drove it to driveway and left. The car made it, but I dont understand the communication issues. I called Triple AAA, morning of tow, their dispatcher contacted driver to let him know to contact me an hour before arrival. The car made it safely. I just wish there was communication.

Great people and their service is great. Only reason for 4 stars is because they can be slow to get work done. I would recommend Mile Hill Collision to anyone that's looking for quality work and not on a time constraint.

I can’t say enough how fabulous This Auto body Establishment is ! I been to Others in the past . But nothing like this Shop ! They do excellent work and they treat their customers like family ! Mile Hill Collision is my forever go to Body shop! Their work is so precise it’s unbelievable . They are true pro’s at what they do. Obviously many years of experience ! Thank you Mile Hill Collision for excellent service!

Took my brand new truck there to have deer damage fixed. When I picked it up. The inside was dusty from them sanding my/other vehicles. I noticed a few flaws in the paint. Also a deep scratch in one of my windows. I had left the shop before I noticed the paint flaws and the window scratched. So now it's my word against there's. If you have work done here. Don't make the mistakes I made. Look it over good. Before you leave.

I've been a fan of Mile Hill Collision Service Inc. for many years.Their Collision service is amazing. Best paint match I've seen.You may have to make an appointment in advance for Non Collision service work but their mechanics are experts. Their customer service is top notch.Generally they do a great and speedy job, explaining every issue frankly.Highly recommended!
