LOVE the customer service. JENNIFER was able to match the paint I needed from a wooden desert picture I brought in. She knows where to find everything,from screws for a project to drawer knobs. The Cashiers are always friendly when I get ready to purchase my items. Thank you for the personal service you give to everyone who walks thru your doors. Bless Ya.

Never again will I waste my time with Gay’s. Ten years ago I walked in and was talked down to by a cashier for zero reason. Today by someone older than Moses. I even called to ask if you worked on gas weed eaters (yes was the reply) Drove in town walked in. Then grandpa Moses in his rude tone (We don’t work on those!) it’s a gas weed eater! Little advice pops. Do not talk down to customers like everyone is stupid. It is Tunkhannock after all. But I suggest anyone that’s new to the area avoid Gays.

The best customer service. You won't find another place like this. I enjoy speaking to the gentleman in the gun se tion so kind and nice. The owner is awesome as well. I get to speak to him too. If you want great quality products shops here. You won't be disappointed

Gays is the place with the helpful hardware man. .. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. But, it's not the old store. I would look forward to coming to Tunkhannock specifically to walk around Gay's. Now it's really no different than going to a Home Depot. Get your item and go. Gay's always had that home spun atmosphere. A place where you find an odd item you never planned on buying, but you bought it because it was different.Maybe I'm just melancholy. They were the last store that made you feel like you were in Mayberry. I will continue to shop there, they have a great staff, I just miss the old store feel.

Small town business with friendly employees. Any questions or help I've needed, they've had great information and were quick to help. When there was an item I wanted not in stock, the next time I was in there were more in just as they assured me there would be. I choose here over other retail stores often
